You don't thank them every time from then on if they are being nice
The simple fact that folks here are really behaving like this can be a meaningful gesture is so fucking baffling. EA literally went out of its way to wash his title from their games two years right, but this thread is making it seem like they've contributed millions. It is pure fucking insanity. It's the very definition of slacktivism. It'd be more fair if they had said nothing at all. Rather, they are gonna push out a bullshit PR statement about how they stand together with the black community and then in a few months turn around and Mut 21 coins sell a product containing an organization which has a history of stifling and penalizing black voices. I never mentioned"Let's attack a business for doing the right thing." Actions speak louder than words. You can remain optimistic of things looking up, which I often am. If your friend hurts your feelings, then they must regain your trust. You don't thank them every time from then on if they are being nice.
You don't thank them every time from then on if they are being nice. Wait, why don't you? If a buddy of mine hurt me and made an attempt to be nice I would absolutely need to tell them that I appreciate their efforts. It assists people behave better, who's to say it can't make a company act better also? If EA derived no benefits from"doing the bare minimum of human decency" then they would not do even the bare minimum. It is well worth rewarding them for this like it's well worth rewarding a problem child for doing their best to get a day. Benefits come from great behavior, you should not be on good behavior for those benefits. After I visit EA contribute to the causes or implement efforts to help out black developers or things of that type, then I'll praise them. We just should require a higher standard and stop permitting firms off the hook so easily. I am of the mindset which cancel culture is largely bad and individuals should be invited to alter and improve. But we should not let ourselves to be performed by companies who are, at the close of the afternoon, looking to remove all barriers in the means of getting our money.
Benefits come from great behavior, you shouldn't be on good behavior for the benefits. And I believe that is true even for people too: if you need someone to act in a moral way the ideal way to do that is to give them the right incentives and rewards to make acting morally the greatest and most attractive solution for them. If you do not then your society will be intrinsically unstable. This is where I see that this argument breaking down. Corporations are not people, they do not have some built-in moral instincts. Should they act morally, it's because they gain, there's not any other motive. Either because there is pressure from their workers to behave in ways consistent with the morals and beliefs of the employees, or outside pressure from customers or authorities. After I visit EA donate to the causes or implement initiatives to assist out black developers or items of that sort, then I'll praise them. We just should need a high standard and stop allowing companies off the hook easily.Madden NFL 21 Sees Strong First Week Unit Earnings up Almost 20 Percent Year-Over-Year
Not surprising once you're the only licensed football game at a quarantined year that has delayed the season. The lovers are starved of their favorite sport. The season is not delayed it's still starting punctually, next Thursday. Dont know why you are downvoted, NFL preseason is awful. I understand some people get up for this because they're desperate for football, but it's just so boring and doesnt tell you anything. I've seen groups go winless and win the superbowl, along with buy mut coins madden 21 other teams crush preseason and have dreadful decades. Let's not pretend like it is absolutely pointless while we have not experienced a negative record preseason team win the Superbowl in more than a decade, and in the past 50 years only 1 group has gone winless in preseason and won the Superbowl (and only 3 in total have left the Superbowl).
